1. About PlanDrip

PlanDrip (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a web-based marketing planning application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised marketing strategies, social media content, and branded post designs for small businesses and solopreneurs. The service is accessible at plandrip.app.

PlanDrip is operated by PlanDrip (“the Company”). Our payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use PlanDrip. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others or allow others to access your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

PlanDrip offers the following plans:

• Free: Limited features at no cost, including a full 6-month strategy outline and 3 days of daily content.
• Starter ($9/month or $84/year): Full daily content, weekly strategy reviews, one-tap posting, camera overlay templates, and smart reminders for one business profile.
• Pro ($19/month or $180/year): Everything in Starter for up to three business profiles.

We reserve the right to change our pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects their subscription.

4.2 Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. When you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You authorise Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection)
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel
• Paddle handles all invoicing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf
• Your bank or credit card statement will show charges from “Paddle” or “Paddle.net,” not PlanDrip

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app (Profile → Subscription) or by contacting us. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after the current period ends
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
• Your data, marketing plan, and content history will be retained and accessible on the Free plan (with Free plan limitations)

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with PlanDrip for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@plandrip.app or visit paddle.net. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment partner, and are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

4.5 Free Trial and Free Plan

The Free plan does not require a credit card. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan. You will only be charged if you explicitly choose to upgrade and complete the payment process.

5. How You May Use PlanDrip

You may use PlanDrip for lawful business marketing purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any part of the service not intended for you
• Use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or any content generated by the service without our written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service (other than through our official API, if applicable)
• Intentionally overload or disrupt the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to PlanDrip, including your business information, uploaded images, logos, and brand assets. You grant us a limited licence to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (generating your marketing plan, creating template overlays, etc.). We do not use your content for any other purpose.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Marketing plans, captions, hashtags, and other text content generated by PlanDrip's AI are created specifically for you based on the information you provide. Once generated, this content is yours to use for your business marketing purposes.

However, please note:

• AI-generated content is created by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or using it
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific marketing results
• Similar or identical content may be generated for other users with similar business profiles, as the AI draws from general marketing knowledge

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

PlanDrip, including its design, code, templates, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service itself.

6.4 Template Designs

The SVG templates provided within PlanDrip are licensed for use within the application. You may use posts created with these templates for your business marketing. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell the template files themselves.

7. Third-Party Services

PlanDrip integrates with third-party platforms for social media posting (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others). When you connect your social media accounts:

• You authorise PlanDrip to post content on your behalf to the platforms you select
• You remain bound by the terms of service of each social media platform
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies, API availability, or any actions taken by these platforms regarding your content or account
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform

8. Availability and Service Interruptions

We strive to keep PlanDrip available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Technical issues, server outages, or third-party service disruptions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• PlanDrip is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or produce specific marketing results
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content that you choose to publish or distribute

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanDrip, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Content you publish using PlanDrip
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your profile settings. Upon account closure, your subscription will be cancelled and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
• For significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect
• Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
• If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription and close your account before the changes take effect

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. General

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlanDrip regarding the service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
